I hope and pray that once he gets his Spring Fling out of the way, Petey will come home and ask "Hi Mom! What's for lunch?"

Gentle thoughts and hugs to you as you worry about your little friend. I hope he turns up safe and sound.

Oh no, is it with the dog that previously ran off with his stuffed toy?? I know how much you like that little dog too - maybe there will be little Petey dogs soon??

I will pray he comes home after his adventure!!

Hugs

I'm praying he comes home too. Our old beagle used to do this, but he always returned, I'm sure Petey will be back soon.
Keep us posted

Good luck with Petey's return. I love my pooches and would miss them terribly. It is like worrying about a child.

My heart goes out to you! I know I'd be frantic if my Springs got out the door. Hugs to you and I just KNOW he'll come back safe and sound...then maybe it's time for Petey to take a trip to the vet for a little snip-snip. :)

we've never had that happen with our dogs, but I've had close calls with our cats, so I can imagine how you're feeling. I'm thinking good thoughts for his safe return!!

I hope he returns, or you find him soon. My dog once was locked out of the house, and she was hopeless--knew nothing of the big world outside. A passing motorist rescued her and I got a phone call a week later (on my 17th birthday!) and I was able to pick her up that night. She was some 30 miles away. Petey is in my prayers.

How funny. I have a dog named Pete who also likes to do a disappearing act! So glad your Pete is back and safe!
